Dear Mr Gary Bayes,
My name is Reece Thornton, I am 10 years old. I thank you for the Nash Scopex Boilies 20mm Orange in colour.
I went fishing with my dad for the weekend on sally Walsh’s and was casting my marker rod when I found a shelf about 25 yards out. The depth was 5ft 10 inches deep and then came up to 4ft 6 inches using that shelf I fed about 20 Scopex Boilies in, then set my main rod up with it’s line clip to stop the best I could. Then I put my hook length on with a four boilies stringer and casted it out.
All of a sudden at 3.00am my alarm just kept beeping. The fish stormed off. I jumped out of my bivvy, shouted my dad who was already awake. I lifted my right hand rod and the bend I the rod told me I had a decent fish. I tried to retrieve it twice but it had some power, my dad waited till it came in tired and landed it for me. It was too heavy for me to lift. When I weighed it, it weighed 28lb dead on. What a common.
I was really happy as my dad blanked. He never even had a beep, because he was using different boilies to me. SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Yours,
Reece Thornton
